Specifies whether a user / group can book a marriage service outside of the Registry defined booking periods.
DescriptionThis entry provides a way of defining who can book marriage services outside of the usual booking window. The booking window for the Victorian Registry, for instance, is between 1 to 6 months in advance of the actual wedding date.
This Registry entry is not required. The default for all users is false and users are able to book weddings outside of the normal booking window. If this functionality is to be restricted, entries will need to be created for the given users / groups and the flag set to true.
